Responsible for achievement of assigned targets on CASA acquisition and CASA value and TPP.
Responsible for achievement of desired productivity norms on CASA acquisition for each AAM.
Establish relationship with Kotak Group Company (GR) / Kotak Bank Relationship Managers.
Utilize this rapport to build to acquire CASA nos., value and TPP from the respective customers.
Doing joint calls with Group Relation AAMs to their customers.
Ensure account opening TAT is maintained.
Continuously working on process improvements which will help give better service to Group
Companies & end-customers.
Salary: INR 3,50,000 - 5,00,000 PA.
