Job Description

Commercial Banking Coverage Relationship Manager ( CBG - RM ) required for SME clients :
Grade: Dy Manager, Manager , Sr Manager

Job Role:

Responsible for managing existing SME Current account base of the branch with a current account book size of 12-15 crs and sourcing the business banking (current a/c) , SME credit & New to Forex relationship .
Sourcing of SME assets cases - fund based and non fund facility . (Predominantly commercial assets like Cash credit, Overdraft , Term Loan , FCTL and non fund based facilities - BG, LC etc).
Generate Trade and FX revenue through deepening and new base Business Development & Acquisition of NTF.
Implementing strategies for boosting business with a view to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones.
Identifying new streams for revenue growth for SME credit & Trade & Forex Products and developing marketing plans to build consumer preference.
Initiating contact with potential customers for developing leads, direct sales & cross selling financial products so as to cover the client with all products ( Coverage ) of bank .
Conducting product presentations & promotional activities for market development through different channels & references & brand visibility.Client Relationship Management.
Resolving of escalated grievances and queries of SME- CBG clients on a day-to-day basis.
Developing the satisfaction level of customers by rendering services beyond excellence in order to optimize a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention..
Negotiating with clients to book profitable deals for the Bank..
Constant updating on compliance issues relating to the trade market.
Taking care of all the regulatory requirements related to the SME credit - CBG , Current a/c ,trade & Forex transactions.
Complying with the guidelines of RBI given from time to time related to SME credit - CBG , Current a/c ,trade & Forex transactions.

Job Requirements
Should have sales and relationship orientation.
Min. 1-5 years of work experience.
Leadership skills. (Though more tactical than strategic).
Revenue generation.
Cost efficiency through process.
An immense interest in developing relationship with the customers and increasing the wallet share through Coverage products and services.
