3-7 years hands on experience in managing end to end CRM or loyalty/subscription programs, preferably from design to execution for a consumer brand (retail industry experience would be preferred).
Strong understanding of customer behavior, repeat purchase dynamics, business plan based on target, translating metrics to action plan and handling all stakeholders for a singular objective.
Experience in marketing activations, customer research and insight identification.
Experience in handling a team and executing similar program/projects which involved varied departments in the same organization and achieved results.
Best-in-class knowledge of how programs should work
In-depth experience and knowledge of working with loyalty vendors/agencies.
Strong Acumen for customer data analytics and eye for insight from every information captured, capability to deliver excellence in key program metrics
Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication, very good presentation skills.
Understanding of the pharmacy business will be an added positive, but not mandatory
Experience : 3-7 years of experience in managing CRM or Loyalty program for a consumer brand preferably in retail industry.
