New Business Development and Key Account Management
1. New Customer Acquisition in assigned territory.
2. Effective and coordinated handling of existing customer base if assigned.
3. Complete Ownership of existing accounts from Lead Generation to Delivery of finalservice offering.
4. Daily reporting of all sales activity.
5. Business Development & Relationship building with Corporates and signing MOUs with them for Self Ratings/ Corporate Profiling/ Sectoral Study Reports/Business Information Reports/D-U-N-S Verified Reports etc.
6.Would be responsible for the business targets with the Strategic Accounts Planner reporting to this position.
7. Organizing theme based events and ensuring participation of CXO/CFO Level contacts are part of the new customer acquisition Strategy.
8. Ensuring timely renewal of all the existing accounts if assigned and explore cross selling and upgrading opportunities.
9. Responsible for the overall Accounts Receivables in the respective Regions.
10. Provide industry updates at regular intervals and maintaining a constant relationship with the existing customers through courtesy meetings.
