Location : Across Mumbai
Current Account RM will be responsible for
Managing a book of a Segment Current Account Customers
Acquisition of new customers
Enhancement of the relationship by cross-selling products and services as per the
profile & need of the these current account customers
Deepening the size of the relationship and retention of the customers by providing the
best possible services and being the dedicated point of contact for these customers
Make RBL Bank a primary bank for customer and get maximum wallet share
a) Portfolio Management
1. Engage with current account customer mapped to RM on regular basis
2. Identify existing/new customers who meet Segment product criteria and upgrade these customers under the Segment programme.
4. Ensure that Group company and Family customers are grouped
Regularly interact with the customer to build rapport and understand the profile. The customer profiling should be used to set customer level objectives post discussion branch
Manager/TL. Customer interaction to be regular updated in system provided.
6. Generating products are sold as per the customers profile and needs. RM to Cross sell appropriate products to the customers and ensure activate usage.
7. Enhance Values within each of the customer groups by ensuring that a/cs are activated
8. Acquire new customers who meet product & program criteria
2. Acquire group company/family accounts of primary customer
3. Keep track of customer accounts to prevent outflow of funds
1. Cross Sell various RBL Bank products like TPP , FD. Credit Card, Loans , Salary Accounts to customers and related family
3. Gateway, Trade /Forex ( LC /BG/ Remittance /OD) , Doorstep Banking Services.
4. Drive active transaction through RBL bank account
5. Should know the customers business in order to provide banking and financial solutions
6. Register customer for various Direct Banking Channels of the bank
Ensure quality customer service is delivered
Recording complaints as per the specified process
Resolving all complaints received from portfolio customers within the stipulated TATs
and ensure appropriate customer communication on closures
Preventive complaint management by regular interaction with the customers
CA RM will be given a quarterly and yearly target on revenue, product cross sell
and book value build up
Basis the Target the RM will be tracked on regular basis for achievement of the
CA RM will be evaluated on Portfolio Score Card
Sales and Influencing Skills
Banking Product & Process Knowledge . The candidate should have past
experience of Current Account product & processes ,Trade & Forex , Door Step
banking and other current account related products.
Planning and Organizing Skills
Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry.
