Job Opportunity for Digital Relationship Manager : NRI / CASA : Navi Mumbai

Exp : Min 2 yr in BFSI sector

*Excellent Communication Skills*
*Experience in Outbound Sales*

1. Excellent Communication skills with voice modulation mandatory- English
2. Preferably females. Male candidates having experience in Banking/Insurance as a RM would be preferred.
3. AMFI/IRDA certified
4.candidate who are currently working as RM/NRIRM in banks/Financial Institution.
5.Should be sales oriented having self confidence and willing to learn.
6.Should be working in Banking/ Insurance sector for min. 1 Yr.

Job Role :
1. Ensure proper Customer Sign-up & Onboard as per the target allocated to all the resources reporting to him/her.
2. Ensure 100% of mapped base to the resources being contacted atleast once in a quarter
3. ETB Deepening of the Mapped Book of all the resources as per the targets allocated
4. Managing and Handling customer complaints and escalations
6. Increase Product Per Customer as per the target and increase the overall MDAB of the assigned portfolio.
7. Ensure closure of all the SR / interactions requests in system
8. Ensure 100% achievement of the revenue targets, like remittances, assets and liabilities targets
