Align all resources towards the Company's vision, mission and goals
Responsible for employee engagement, employee connect and foster a positive work culture
Conduct new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
Manage and develop rewards and recognition system for the Company as and when required
Accountable for Performance Management of all employees and effectively foster a high performance culture.
Organize and conduct monthly training's and develop employees to reach their highest potential
Contribute to form innovative methods to retain high performers and upgrade non performers
Accountable for all the HR operations and human capital management
Oversee timely and smooth execution of compliance and payments pertaining to payroll, tax and statutory needs of the company.
Ensuring compliance, training and development of HR SOP's, policies, systems and processes.
Overseeing recruitment efforts for all resources to ensure high % of right hires.
Conduct and manage Quarterly Audits to ensure smooth implementation of all HR processes and compliance
Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
Provide time to time HR reports to the Management and ensure the MIS reports from all departments are sent timely
Qualification in Human Psychology, counseling is preferred
Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience in the HR domain and atleast 3 5 years in a Strategic HR and leadership position
Skills desired: People development, leadership skills, excellent communication skills, observant, decision making, problem solving, high EQ, operational skills, analytical capabilities and counseling skills
Knowledge required: Compliance, HR basic principles, Human Psychology and Organizational Behavior
