Increase of Mutual Fund AUM for the mapped RMs.
Penetration of client base for creating new investors in MF / investments from existing client base.
Increase in (investments products) productivity of RMs.
o Portfolio construction and reviews
o Training & Development of the RMs
o Process adherence
In depth domain knowledge of
o Mutual Fund investments in detail, PMS
o Equity Market. Current Economy.
o Distribution / Channel management.
