Experience in handling junior, mid and senior level recruitment across functions retail banking, wealth management, service delivery, etc.
Partner with the sales leadership to identify and realize recruitment needs, prepare the hiring plan to support the hiring needs of the organization
Analysing & preparing job descriptions and salary negotiation with candidates for offer & remuneration acceptance
Responsible for planning induction, on-boarding, employment process management, confirmation, transfer, separation etc.
Continuous interaction with employees through regular branch visits to understand and resolve their grievances and keep them motivated
Driving the performance management and appraisal process, promoting rewards and recognition
Analyzing vital HR data around attrition, rewards, engagement, org structure and presenting proposed measuresConduct regular skip level meetings and employee connect sessions to ensure healthy work environment.
