CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE EXPERIENCE IN PAINT INDUSTRY

Key responsibilities:

Planning, design and execution of BTL activities covering:
a. Painter Meets
b. Painter Trainings
c. Shop Manager/ Consultants Activities / Initiatives
d. Dealer Launches
e. Wood Polishers Workshops
f. Shop Consultants scheme
g. Contractors Loyalty Program
h. Exhibitions

Liaise with PR Agency for:
a. Regular PR releases
b. Activation
c. Local ad plan with local PR agency
d. Social Media (Input to regional team)

Work with Manager Retail Sales for:
a. Scheme development / Implementation / Settlement for Influencers
b. Execution of Retailing (Dcor Lounge Agreement / Elements / Hygiene etc.)
c. Scheme status updates & inputs
d. Execution of dealer signage
e. Artwork development and approvals from Ministries
f. Modification of livery for the same
g. Market Audit
Management & Distribution of Collaterals:
a. Management of Stocks/ Triennial Stock Checks
b. Implementation of Shade Card Policy as per Market requirement and Budgetary Plans
c. Timely and effective distribution of Shade Cards

Vendor Development and Management for:
a. Local Printing jobs
b. Signage
c. Gifts
d. Event Management

Budgeting:
a. Implementation of yearly activities as per budgets set out
b. Input to prepare OPL & MAP
c. Monthly budget reports and balancing

Analysis and Reporting:
a. Monthly Key Product Analysis and MIS Support
b. Carrying out small scale MR projects internally
c. Analysis of select Product categories to identify trends
d. Monthly Marketing Reports for IBU and RMMs
Development of Insights in Category and Influencers.
Working with other departments

a. Operations
i. New product code generation and price updating
ii. Ensuring intact product descriptions and classifications.
iii. Close coordination during token scheme etc.

b. Technology
i. Regular follow-up for benchmarking calendar
ii. New product development. i.e DI
iii. Complaint analysis
iv. G-Data development

c. Accounts
i. Price updation
ii. Monthly expense recording (Ensure right GL code)
iii. Monthly reconcilements
iv. Monthly provisions

CRM
a. Daily tracking of complaints closures
b. Complaints analysis
c. DVR follow-ups with sales team
d. Recording of Business closure days
e. Recording marketing activities / initiatives
f. Development of login for New joiners
g. Ensuring right descriptions for new account generation

Colour World portfolio
a. Ensure timely PM / Corrective actions
b. Monitoring of C/W Engineers
c. All complaints logged in CRM
d. Maintaining inventory in the system
e. Smooth relations with vendors
f. Ensure clear / safe storage of assets / inventory
g. Ensure all the agreements up to date
h. Reconcilements with accounts for assets in the system and physical

Secondary responsibilities:
Understanding the Price points of Product and System associated with it and work with Technical Teams to align products competitively.
Understand stocking and handling dynamics in store and align packaging / awareness programs for the same.
Benchmarking of Collaterals available in the market both at the consumer level and Professional level.
Define parameters of development of shade tools (books) , understand usage patterns of color tools and adjust them for easy to use.

Role Requirements / Specifications
Qualifications

Any Graduate with MBA
Previous Experience 8 to 10 years Experience in Sales & Marketing
Functional Competencies Understanding of Paint Category
Vendor Management/ Agency Management Skills
Basic Analytical Skills and communication skills
Fluency in English & Hindi must. Arabic / Other languages will be advantage
Product Management Skills
Basic concepts of Media mix
Budgetary Skills
Behavioral Competencies
Should have very good written and oral communication skills (English & Hindi) including presentation skills
Builds Relationship with Sales Team & Internal/External Stake holders
Analyses data & identifies market trends
Works collaboratively with other team member to achieve collective goal & deliver results
Self-Motivated, able to work independently, meets deadlines & take ownership to achieve the goal
Additional Requirements Gulf Experience will be advantage
Driving license
