Exp & Qualification- MBA marketing having 5-6 years of experience with AMCs
Event planning & execution:-
1. Identifying agency who can plan and execute large scale events.
2. Discuss with stake holders to understand current pulse of market and define the theme for the year.
3. Based on internal defined team explore creative ideas for theme for the year and get entire event creatives designed
4. Work with agencys closely to ensure the entire event right from Invites to attendees, travel bookings, hotel accommodation , reverse travel, teaser mails to attend same etc...food menu, return gifts ,awards etc....
5. Work with multiple agencies to arrange for artist for the event. ( Live performance like Singer , music director, mentalist ) 15-25 lac kind of budgets...
Investor education :-
1. Work with various agencies to execute BTL campaign in Adopted districts mandated by SEBI
2. Plan and execute activation campaign pan India for a particular theme in each quarter. For the same deal with internal stake holder to create content, work with agencies to get the creative concept for the defined theme, define performance tracking of such campaigns getting executed across India.
3. Work closely with agency and sales to ensure execution of campaign is smooth in respective locations.
Please note the profile will call for travel across locations during the events (mainly 4 major events).
Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 12,00,000 P.A.
