Brand Manager - Pan India
Lead the Brand growth strategy for India .
Lead all agency interactions and own brand P&L.
Understand the category and make smart ATL investment decisions
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
THE IDEAL FIT
Post graduate with 2+ years of experience with leading consumer products companies. Strong
pedigree and experience in Brand Management will be preferred.
Strong planning and project management skills along with sound commercial acumen.
Experience with Agencies, growing in digital world will be strong plus.
Ability to Get hands Dirty when needed and execute
Great stakeholder management - good interpersonal communication skills
Cross functional understanding of the work processes between Sales, Marketing, Customer Service,
Entrepreneurial and "hands-on" spirit

Proven Track record of Working like a start up mindset.
Responsible for India-Subcontinent topline delivery maintaining the desired trade spends
Ensuring timely collections from distributors to keep DSO in check
Ensure distributor claims are settled in time and keep working to simplify the process further
Drive GTM efficiency and Drive Sales force automation through improved tab usage by the sales teams
MFT coordination in demand planning and forecasting, planning trade promotions and sales capability building
Maintenance of strong relationship with top key account business partners
Salary: INR 20,00,000 - 35,00,000 PA.
