Leading bank is looking for a Portfolio / Program Manager - HNI retail Weatlh :leading bank : Mumbai

Grade: Mgr / Sr Mgr 
CTC: upto 13 Lacs

Job Purpose
To ensure effective management of the Preferred Portfolio which would result into
Optimum coverage of the Programme
Enhancing Wallet Share of the customers
Deepening of customer relationship
Customer retention
Quality control of the Portfolio

Job Responsibilities Actionables
Customer Analytics for decision making/ change in behavior Key Programme Parameters tracking: Monthly monitoring and escalation to Management: Product Penetration, Activation and profitability basis various segments
Improve customer engagement with the bank to take customers to next level in HNW banking & experience
Identifying product wise cross-sell opportunities in the portfolio in order to run campaigns to boost revenue
Managing customer life cycle. Eg: Upgrading groups eligible for Imperia & racing Classic groups eligible for Preferred
Customer Segmentation, Retention & Wallet share Preferred overall customer experience management. Define various engagement plans basis segments
Differential offers based on segmentation
Enhancing Programme benefits in line with competition
Maintain customer wise list of sensitive Preferred Customers
Wallet share updation for Preferred customers
Portfolio Insights Quality check to Identify & Rectify system flaws in existing processes
Portfolio opportunity dashboard customized for every portfolio at the start of the month. Provide enablers to support in income and other Key objectives met
Portfolio Quality Tracking programme Eligibility criteria
Tracking programme Family banking & Key Product Penetration : Asset , Card and Investment
Tracking racing benchmark & Quality of Racing in Preferred Program
To ensure that contact details are updated for Preferred groups
Productivity Tracking Monitor the overall productivity of RMs
Monitor the Key Product penetration in the Portfolio vis-a-vis the opportunity available
Prepare monthly dashboard for Preferred RMs for unit sales & income
Ownership of Underperforming RMs basis K.O parameters i.e. Income, Credit Card, Digital, AL, PL, Insurance, CASA Units

Salary: INR 10,00,000 - 13,00,000 P.A.
