The role of a Process Trainer in Revenue Cycle Management is significant in educating the employees about the product, associated process workflows. He/She will be responsible for sharing industry, domain-specific and product updates periodically with employees. He/She will also create and maintain training reports.
ï· Induct new hires into the Healthcare IT industry, products and process workflows ï· Deliver training sessions ï· Create and conduct assessment ï·
Provide feedback and coaching to employees ï· Create score cards based on the assessments and share it with appropriate stakeholders 2 Need-based training ï· Identify training needs and analyze them ï· Design the training plan as per modules and timelines ï·
Create effective training content and associated training documents ï· Schedule and arrange for logistics for training sessions ï· Deliver training sessions effectively as per training plan and timeline ï· Create assessments as follow-up to training and provide feedback, if necessary ï·
Maintain attendance reports and score cards and share with appropriate stakeholders ï· Conduct regular refresher training for employees in RCM 3 Knowledge quotient ï· Be aware of the product, process and industry updates .
Be updated with industry, domain-specific, product knowledge 4 Assessment ï· Create assessments as follow-up to training, for IJPs and IJTs as necessary ï· Create product and process specific assessment for employees, create score cards and follow-up training sessions 5 Operational improvement ï·
