Study and evaluate various pricing options.
Pick best pricing strategies from diversified industries.
Maximize revenue through variable pricing across each property based on market conditions.
Business Intelligence and analysis
Continuously monitor the market (demand-sources & supply-competition).
To analyze previous trends and build a robust model for revenue maximization.
Analysis of system generated reports about ARRs, occupancies, competition data, market mapping information, etc. across all locations.
Managing Customized packages:
Liaison with regional Sales Managers to get the best possible deals for corporate customers, design bundles offers for them.
Explore, evaluate, plan and finalize various packages, make itinerary, design promotional offers, etc
National Alliances and Co promotions
Liaison with Sales team for national level tie-ups.
Liaison with Brand Manager to enter into co-promotion contracts with compatible brands and companies.
Play a lead role in planning and roll-out of national level alliances for online distribution.
Managing Centralized Distribution Channels
Managing GTAs: Maintain deposits, track performance
