Key Challenges for the role
Strong communication and liaison skills are key imperatives interaction with different stakeholders both within and out of the functions will be required regularly.
Strong Project management skills are required to drive different initiatives of the function.
Need for strong business management skills along with deep understanding of various associated processes.
Since profile requires frequent interactions with sales team, travelling on a need basis might be required.
Implementation of processes and technologies will require documentation capabilities in both word and PowerPoint.
Strong excel skill will be required to manage and oversee various Business MISs
Sales team Regular Interaction with distribution sales team for performance Review, implementation of processes and various initiatives
Operations Regular Interaction and coordination with revenue assurance service team data cuts related to quality of business
Interaction with Branch Ops for various initiatives
Analytics team Regular Development of Campaigns to acquire new customers
Create models to improve business efficiencies
Planning Regular Liaisoning with Planning team for Planning & Budgeting
Rewards and Recognition Regular Design RnR/Contests to drive Strategic Initiatives
Central MIS Regular Reporting and MIS highlighting key business metrics
HR Regular Manpower planning
People development related initiatives
Compliance Regular Approvals related to Business
Approvals related to launch of Campaigns
IT Regular CRM/LMS, Tools & portal integration development.
Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 10,00,000 P.A.
