Job Responsibilities :
Achieve team target on productivity, quality & TAT
Provide on floor assistance to team members.
Draw up monthly balance scorecards for team members and provide appropriate feedback to them.
Facilitate training requirement of team members
Action projects assigned to the team from time to time.
Conduct soft skills / product / process training for the team.
Handle client interactions and customer support at higher levels.
Distribution and allotment of work
Adhere to process delivery, TATs and Quality.
Monitor and analyze on performance activities, identify trends and recommend improvement measures.
Maintaining general floor discipline.
Maintaining Effective communication with Customer.
