Sales Manager is key to sales process since he is the face of the front end for the product , who
drives the banks primary objective to acquire gold loan business
SM has to handhold the channel partners viz Branch, Alternate channels as well as the external
DSAs. Key in gold loan is management of Fullfillment branches -FB (loan processing centers) They
are assigned the targets depending on their geography, that they are located and the Fulfillment
branches that has been allocated to them. Each SM has been allocated productivity benchmark
which is in conjunction to the business objective . Achievement of these benchmarks helps in
achieving the product vision
RL Sales is a part of the Retail Liabilities division of Consumer Bank. This vertical specializes in acquiring / sourcing / expanding & developing High net worth customer relationship for retail liabilities.
Experience in sourcing trade account relationship in market.
Candidate should have basic knowledge of trade finance & Forex.
The job required him/her to identify, prospect & source trade accounts either pure liability or assets based.
Need to engage with branch channel to activate the trade clients i.e on boarding
Should have an ability to understand & sell 100% cash backed letter of Credit & Bank Guarantee.
Try to maximize Forex Revenue with the help of Forward details.
Excellent written & oral communication skills
Graduate & above
Through knowledge of Trade & Forex
Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 PA.
