Job Description

Leading bank is looking for Virtual Rm for their contact center in Thane

CTC and Grade: up to 5 Lakh and M2(Deputy Manager)

Develops new and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities over the phone.
Ensures high levels of customer service orientation and application of bank policy.
Cross sells existing bank products to customers.
Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

Must possess excellent communication skills
Should be flexible working on rotational shifts and rotational week offs model.
Should be residing in Central/Harbor suburbs of Mumbai.

Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A.
