Purpose of the job:


The profile is responsible for

1. Handling issues related to Sage ERP

2. Database (SQL) related tasks, writing SQL queries for reporting

3. BI tool (Qlikview / QlikSense) for reporting

Key relationships:

Critical experience:


Excellent communication skills

Familiarity with ERP application

Logical thinking for understanding & resolving issues

Minimum Education:

Graduation in any domain

Technical competencies/ Professional expertise:


Hands on experience in ERP support

Excellent SQL developer skills

Experience working on any Business Intelligence tool would be an advantage.

Able to document the process (technical documentation)

Aware of the helpdesk / ticketing system
