About the Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to establish, account manage, and grow partnerships with introducing brokers and affiliates in India for the Company. This role will also develop and grow the team to ensure the success of the brokerage.


The key purpose for this role is to build relationships with partners to deliver growth and run a high
performing team to drive business growth, as well as ensuring the smooth administration of the office.
Principal Responsibilities and Tasks:
? Building new partnerships and driving growth to meet target
? Managing relationships to increase longevity, travel to see partners in person when needed
? Bring feedback from partnerships and drive internal continuous improvement of onboarding journey for end client, trading conditions and overall customer experience
? Manage the team to bring growth to by setting goals, educating and empowering team to deliver results
? Lead the content ideation process for a market specific website content, promotions and social media content
? Own translations and ensure good quality of the content in languages spoken in India
? Communicate the needs for the team to deliver clearly across the business
? Report to CCO the results of the team, initiatives and any other relevant information
? Lead the administration of the office, using third parties to make it as lean as possible.
About You:
We would love to hear from candidates who possess the following skills and experience:
? Demonstrated 5-7 years experience in Forex brokerage sales specifically within the Indian market
? Demonstrated experience growing and managing a high performance team
? Fluent in English and Hindi, knowledge of other languages will be an advantage.
? Ability to build rapport and influence both internal and external stakeholders
? Strong analytical skills
? Strong negotiation skills
? Time management, planning and organisational skills
? Excellent phone manner and written communication skills
? Ability to take a self driven and proactive approach
? Must be self-motivated, flexible, work independently with minimal supervision
? Proficiency in GSuite and CRM software

? Experience of working in Global/Indian Brokerage Firm
? Previous experience working in a fast-paced start-up environment
