This is for Day Shift and Domestic Market
1. Candidates should have mandatory 'Sales' experience of a minimum of 1 year.
2. The overall experience of the candidate must not be more than 7 years. (Inclusive sales experience)
3. Sales Manager - Domestic is an IC role (Individual Contributor). Candidates will not be given a team to handle and have to individually meet the daily/weekly/monthly targets.
4. Candidates with prior BPO experience can apply.
5. Ensure candidates with excellent communication skills are processed. Strictly exclude candidates with MTI (Mother Tongue Influence). Candidates with relevant experience will not be considered if they do not meet these criteria.
6. Candidates from Camp - K22, and Flinto will be given higher priority. Headhunting for these candidates would be an idle fit.
7. Candidates need to have excellent sales skills (Pitching, objection handling, negotiation skills, etc)
8. Candidates are willing to join immediately. Prolonged serving notice period candidates will not be considered.
9. Candidates should have Laptops/Desktops with webcam and mic along with WIFI. Whithatjr will not provide a Laptop/Desktop for this role. However, the internet will be reimbursed every month (Per company norms/policy).
10. Currently, the role is of WFH (Work From Home). However, candidates should be willing to relocate post-pandemic.
11. 6 working days with 1 day-off which maybe during the week. (This role is purely Day Shift)
