A. POSITION PURPOSE

Service excellence and Re-engineering initiatives embedment & execution in Retail Lending Business, Alternate channels & other Functional Units across the Bank.

Primary Purposes:

End-to-End Project Management & Ownership of projects related to Bank Vision, Strategy, Performance Excellence, Service Excellence, Business Excellence, Operations Excellence, Cost Management, Operational Risks, IT, Alternate Channels, Incident Management and Mass failure reduction


Sr. Key Responsibilities


1 Identify and execute end-to-end Improvement projects across the Bank with regular interaction stakeholders and deliver expected results


Provide superior solution development through detailed analysis, identification of alternate

2 delivery mechanisms and recommendation of preferred Lean Six-Sigma approaches

3 Strengthen Service Delivery methodology


4 Ensure benefit delivery as per financial and non-financial targets in individual and managed projects through effective implementation and change management


Manage stakeholder relationships and propagate the use of the Performance Excellence Tools,

5 Techniques, Methodologies, Frameworks & Practices



Formulation of Standard Operating Procedures and ongoing monitoring through Standard

6 Measurement Systems & Controls to ensure Continuous Improvement

7 Work with Units to build Tracking Systems, Scorecards & Ops Controls for Service, Quality, Efficiency, Productivity, Cost, Customer Service & other metrics

8 Any other activity related to Project Completion with expected solutions


C. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT


Qualifications


 Essential MBA and/or CA or Graduate with additional relevant experience

 Preferred Lean Six Sigma Certification, Prince 2.0, PMI, Agile, Waterfall, JAIIB/CAIIB

 Experience


 Essential Min. 8 years with atleast 3 years in Banking Process Re-engineering


 Preferred Experience in Banking Process & IT Improvement Projects


  Project analysis and delivery excellence in a banking change environment

  Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills

  Ideally prior experience working for a management consultancy or a Bank

  Background in Banking across a few functional areas in the Services/Ops functions

  Ability to structure, plan and execute projects covering various business areas
