Create a repository of upcoming properties in Pune & ROM. • Solely looking after pre and post-acquisition formalities. • Network with consultants/ developers and keep a track of property development • Help in preparing business plan for presentation of identified properties for validation • Negotiate with the owners for the validated site on the terms. • M

onitors commercial viability of business propositions. • Monitor the time frame in identifying, finalizing and completing the documentation of the site. • Handover the property to project management team and store planning team.


Area Profiling in terms of doing catchment analysis, Identifying new sources of business as well as Knowledge of competitors. • Doing the swot analysis of the store and work on weakness of the store and make Profitable to the store. • Taking care of stocks (Medicines) replenishment through proper management and stock indenting on regular basis. • Making good relations with vendors and responsible for the timely payments to them. • Responsible for increase the stores sale as well as PVT Label brand. • Check the perpetual inventory report and make the strategy to reduce the variance. • Audit the cash of the stores as well as account of the store. • Interact with the Manager as well as sore staff and try to know the hurdle of their performance and remove them to perform well as well as motivate
