Qualification: CA / ICWA, MBA, M.com, B.com.

Timely daily submission of AGRESSO.

• Compliance to Internal HR and business processes.
• Data Protection Act and Client confidentiality is adhered and maintained. And all other

Vistra processes and policies to be adhered to.

• Ensure that the team delivers per the agreed timelines following the documented

processes.

• Makes sure that the team is periodically up skilled on processes to enhance efficiency

of deliveries.

• Documentation and preservation of client data files is non-negotiable. Should be

maintained as per the defined standards.

• To obtain and attain training courses as offered by training department of Vistra to

complete personal. Development as identified and agreed up on PDR discussion.

• Daily sharing of knowledge, discussion of urgent issues and daily plan with the team

through hurdles etc.
