Roles and Responsibilities:

Prepare federal and state income tax returns by utilizing specialised tax software

• Prepare and conduct sales and use tax, property tax returns, payroll taxes and

withholding analysis

• Calculate estimated tax and process filings
• Advise clients in domestic tax positions such as provision, due diligence, refund

analysis, corporate integrations and restructuring

• Conduct in-depth analysis and prepare reports for complex international tax

positions, such as foreign tax credit planning, foreign exchange settlements,

treaty analysis, royalty, and management services

• Research and draft opinion memoranda on resolving highly complex, technical

tax issues, review tax filings and research tax positions

• Prepare responses to different tax authorities requests and inquiries
